Return Policy for Ordered Goods at the Vienna Garden Bungalow

This return policy applies to all products ordered and delivered to the bungalow during your stay – such as food, beverages, or other goods.


1. Scope

This policy applies only to guest orders placed during their stay and delivered directly to the bungalow. Only the conditions listed here apply.


2. No Returns for Food & Beverages

For hygiene reasons, food and beverages are generally excluded from return. Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and condition.


3. Missing or Incorrect Deliveries

If an item is missing or incorrectly delivered, please report it to us within 30 minutes of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


4. Refunds

A refund is only possible if the product was clearly damaged, spoiled, or not delivered as ordered – and this was reported in a timely manner. Returns of unwanted but correct items are excluded.
