1. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

A booking is considered binding as soon as the guest receives a booking confirmation via email. The booking is made through the Lodgify widget integrated on our website, which redirects to Lodgify's external booking page. Lodgify serves as our channel manager and booking software. Alternatively, bookings may also be made via third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or VRBO.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is made according to the methods specified during the booking process. Payment can be processed via Lodgify, Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, or SumUp. SumUp is particularly used for payments during the stay, for example, for additional services paid by credit card, debit card, bank card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

3. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations are subject to the conditions specified at the time of booking. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
4. Prices and ServicesThe prices stated during the booking process include statutory VAT. Additional services (e.g. breakfast, special cleaning, deliveries) are charged separately.

5. Liability

Vienna Garden Bungalow is not liable for guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them in accordance with legal regulations.

6. Stay

The bungalow may only be used by the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Visits from external persons are only permitted with prior approval. Events are generally permitted. Larger celebrations or parties are subject to special arrangements and may require a security deposit depending on the nature of the event.

7. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Check-in can be done independently or in person. The garden gate must be locked upon departure.
8. House RulesThe house rules are an integral part of these GTC. By making a booking, the guest agrees to comply with them.

9. Privacy Policy

The privacy policy published on our website applies. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of handling the booking and to fulfill legal obligations.
10. Final ProvisionsAustrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Korneuburg. If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
